U.S. Returns & Exchange
You may return for a refund or exchange for a different size within 30 days. For U.S. returns and exchanges, please visit RETURN HERE

If you wish to return for a refund to the original payment method, a $8 shipping and processing fee will be applied. Exchanges and refund to store credit are complimentary.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition. We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage or alteration. 

Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to post your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way! 

International Returns & Exchange

At the moment we can only create labels for the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, and Germany. For all other countries we are not able to issue return labels.  However you can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service.

Place your un-wanted item(s) in a box. 
- Ship the package using any carrier. Please declare it as “9801 - US GOOD RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and and keep your tracking number for your records.

Please note: Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Stoned Immaculate. You may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
