returns & exchanges


We currently offer free domestic returns and exchanges. If you're not happy with your recent purchase, you may return it to our returns department within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration or without tags.  Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 1 weeks for your refund to post your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way! 

how to make a domestic return (USA)

1. Email for a return label. 
2. Tape prepaid label to the reusable compost package it was sent in or any package.
3. Give the package to your USPS postman, schedule a USPS pick-up or drop it off at a USPS location near you.

4. For an exchanges, please indicate the size you would like when you return your item with the correct exchange paper work which is provided in your shipment.

    *** Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your package.

    We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels. For orders placed with UPS overnight shipping, please contact us at with your return request and package weight.
    We will email you a pre-paid return label, you'll just need to get the box to UPS.

    how to make an international return (outside USA)

    At the moment we aren’t able to issue return labels for international orders or cover the cost of return shipping. However you can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service.

    1. Place your un-wanted item(s) in a box. 
    2. Fill out a reason code and include the packing slip with your return. 
    3. Ship the package using any carrier. Please declare it as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and and keep your tracking number for your records.

    *** Please note: Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Stoned Immaculate. You may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
